Return/Refund Policy: Models may be returned (undamaged and not modified) within thirty (30) days of purchase for full refund. No returns or refunds for books and videos. I'm sorrythat I have to do this, but the underhanded actions of a few people have made this action necessary. To all my customers who would never even consider such a thing -- thank you for your support, and please don't take this as a personal affront.

Sure, we accept checks -- we use Hell's Angels as our collection agency. (JUST KIDDING) Money Orders, too. Credit cards -- WE NOW ACCEPT VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER and JCB.

To order by credit card, please send us either a snail-mail letter or a fax with your name, mailing address, card type, card number, expiration date, and your signature. My credit card processor is rather particular on this point. You can fax to (302) 335-8740 -- be sure to address it to: "RED STAR RAILWAYS, Attn: Chris White, 302-335-8450." Sorry we can't accept orders via email yet -- but we don't have a secure site, and we want to protect you and us.
